Paella on the Patio at Ciudad

Paella on the Patio is your ticket to the flavorful paellas of Spain every Tuesday night at Ciudad. Dine Spanish-style, under the stars, and begin your journey through a myriad of sumptuous regional paellas. Spain’s most famous dish, rice-based paella is laced with flavorful morsels of meat, seafood, and vegetables, complimented by subtle hints of saffron and paprika. We’ll be cooking up our paella on the patio right in front of your eyes in traditional paella pans so a crispy rice shell, the most prized part of paella, forms on the bottom of the pan.

With two tasty paellas being featured each week, there’ll be many stops on Ciudad’s paella tour. Possibilities include our robust Chorizo and Olive Paella "Santa Clara", featuring Spanish chorizo seasoned with garlic and paprika and a supporting cast of black and green olives, red peppers, capers, and serrano ham. Another stop along the way is our Blue Crab and Snap Pea Paella with potato aioli, highlighting the delicate, softer flavors of paella with the sweetness of crab and fresh green peas. Other destinations include our Vegetarian Verde Paella, our Paella a la Valenciana, and more!

The menu will change regularly and includes an appetizer, salad, and your choice of paella. Spanish wines and sparkling White Sangria are available by the glass.

with sweet squash, oven dried tomatoes, and a vibrant Mediterranean pesto
of fresh oregano, parsley, chives, pine nuts, and manchego cheese

Rabbit, Spinach, and Artichoke Paella
with salmorreta red pepper sauce

Blue Crab and Snap Pea Paella
with potato aioli

Paella a la Valenciana
with mussels, clams, calamari, chorizo, chicken, and savory saffron rice
