Taste of Spring Cooking Class at Ciudad
Celebrate the fresh, vibrant flavors of spring with Mary Sue and
Susan at Ciudad’s Taste of Spring Cooking Class on Saturday, April 21
from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. For only $75, this demonstration style cooking
class includes a delicious 4-course lunch, as well as signature drinks
and a recipe booklet.
The menu highlights a variety of spring flavors with a Latin twist,
everything from Arugula and Asparagus Salad
with manchego cheese and spiced pepitas to Crab and Quinoa Fritters with
spicy aji amarillo aioli. Not to mention Key Lime Pie topped with sweet
crema and lime zest.
