CITY Dipping Sauce

2 tablespoons Thai fish sauce
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Pernod
2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger

Whisk ingredients together in a bowl and serve as a dipping sauce for beef, pork, chicken, turkey, or fish. Can also be used as a salad dressing.
