Caipitetra Serves 1 1/2 orange, washed before cutting 6 fresh mint leaves, roughly chopped 1 teaspoon honey or 1/2 ounce Bärenjäger honey liqueur Ice, to fill glass Juice of 1/4 lime 1 1/2 ounces cachaça Orange wedge, for garnish Mint sprig, for garnish Cut orange half into 4 wedges. Remove seeds. Place orange wedges and mint in a rocks glass. Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, muddle orange and mint with honey or honey liqueur. Add ice to fill glass. Squeeze lime juice over top, add cachaça, and mix well. Garnish with an orange wedge and mint sprig and enjoy! |
