light and fruity red wine steeped with fresh orange, lime, melon, and pineapple

Gazpacho
traditional chilled soup of tomato, cucumber, peppers, olive oil, bread, and fresh herbs
served with crispy potato tortilla wedges

Romaine Hearts with Cabrales Vinaigrette
with roasted chile rajas, plantain croutons, and Cabrales blue cheese

Spanish Paella with Ali-Oli
mussels, clams, shrimp, chorizo, chicken, and saffron infused rice
served with lemon garlic ali-oli sauce

Leche Frito with Sherry Marmalade
smooth milky vanilla custard with a crunchy crust
