Tapas Cooking Class at Ciudad

Cooking Class, Mary Sue and Susan will teach you how to entertain with
the savory little dishes of Spain. For only $75, this demonstration
style cooking class includes a delicious lunch, signature drinks, and a
recipe booklet.
The menu features a variety of traditional Spanish tapas, everything
from Spinach Empanadas with pine nuts, raisins, and manchego cheese to
Lamb Meatballs with minted chimichurri and caramelized onion yogurt. Not
to mention White Grape Gazpacho, Bacalao Fritters with Romesco Sauce,
Piquillo Peppers with Avocado Goat Cheese, and more. Plus, for dessert,
it’s sweet Espresso Dusted Churros.
