Tapas Cooking Class at Ciudad

Make your next party a Spanish-style tapas party! At Ciudad's Tapas Cooking Class, Mary Sue and Susan will teach you how to entertain with the savory little dishes of Spain. For only $75, this demonstration style cooking class includes a delicious lunch, signature drinks, and a recipe booklet.

The menu features a variety of traditional Spanish tapas, everything from Spinach Empanadas with pine nuts, raisins, and manchego cheese to Lamb Meatballs with minted chimichurri and caramelized onion yogurt. Not to mention White Grape Gazpacho, Bacalao Fritters with Romesco Sauce, Piquillo Peppers with Avocado Goat Cheese, and more. Plus, for dessert, it’s sweet Espresso Dusted Churros.

Spiced Almonds, Marinated Cheese, and Oil Cured Olives

Piquillo Peppers with Avocado Goat Cheese
roasted Spanish red peppers stuffed with herb goat cheese and avocado

White Grape Gazpacho
refreshing, sweet and savory white grape and almond gazpacho

Spinach Empanadas
with pine nuts, raisins, and manchego cheese

Steamed Clams
in white wine and salsa verde

Bacalao Fritters with Romesco Sauce
crispy, garlic infused salt cod and potato fritters
served with a Catalan pepper sauce of charred tomatoes, almonds, garlic, and chiles

Manchego Cheese Buñuelos
Basque style “pincho” topped with serrano ham, arugula, and pickled red onions

Lamb Meatballs
with minted chimichurri and caramelized onion yogurt

Espresso Dusted Churros
