"Mambo: A Night in Havana"

Immerse your senses in the flavors, culture, and sounds of Cuba at "Mambo: A Night in Havana", part of Ciudad's exclusive Latin Dinner Series. Experience the flavorful home cooking of Cuba, a cuisine that has been influenced over the centuries by Spanish, French, Portuguese, African, Arabic, and even Chinese cultures.

The "Mambo" menu features a wide range of authentic dishes, with appetizers like Potato Shrimp Fritters, Gazpacho Blanco, and Cuban Picadillo Empanadas filled with roasted meats and a savory and sweet combination of onions, garlic, tomatoes, olives, raisins, and spices. Entrée choices include Mojo Chicken marinated with citrus juices, chiles, cumin, and lemongrass, as well as Grilled Pompano Escabeche, Vegetarian Piñon, and Cuban favorite Ropa Vieja.

For dessert, sample an enticing assortment of sweets, including Rum Ba-Ba Cake, Yuca Buñuelos dusted with cane sugar, and Coconut Ginger Crema Quemar, a Spanish version of crème brûlée with a tropical Cuban twist.

We’ll be toasting the forbidden island of Cuba with an assortment of cocktails, including Ciudad's Supremo Mojito. This heavenly combination of fresh mint, lime, and sugar hand muddled with Zaya Gran Reserva 12 Year Old rum is truly the perfect mojito.

"Mambo: A Night in Havana" is the third dinner in the four-part Latin Dinner Series at Ciudad. The final dinner will be "Flamenco: The Passion of Spain" on Thursday, December 7.
