Instructions

  1. Combine ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, and ½ teaspoon paprika. Thoroughly coat your 2 chicken breasts with this seasoning blend.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet at medium-high heat (375°F). Carefully place seasoned chicken into the hot pan.
  3. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Ensure each side develops a beautiful crispy exterior.
  4. After cooking, top each chicken piece with 1 slice of fresh mozzarella. Cover skillet for 1-2 minutes until cheese melts completely.
  5. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside. In the same pan, add 3 minced garlic cloves. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
