- ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Whisk 3 tablespoons olive oil, 3-4 minced garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, 1 teaspoon paprika, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon black pepper in a medium mixing bowl.
- Drop 1.5 lbs peeled and deveined shrimp into the marinade. Gently toss until each shrimp gets fully coated. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to absorb flavors.
- Prepare your grill or grill pan at medium-high heat (around 400°F). Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
- Slide 4-6 shrimp onto each wooden or metal skewer, ensuring they are snug but not overcrowded.
- Place skewered shrimp directly on the heated grill. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until shrimp turn completely pink and develop light char marks.
- Remove skewers from grill and transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh lemon wedges and extra chopped parsley. Serve hot and immediately.
