Instructions

- Whisk 1 cup mayonnaise, ⅔ cup Thai sweet chili sauce, ¼ cup Sriracha, and 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice in a medium bowl to create bang bang sauce.
- Separate half the sauce into another bowl for later dipping and glazing.
- Brush remaining sauce evenly across chicken skewers placed on a baking sheet.
- Grill skewers over medium-high heat at 400-450°F for 15-20 minutes, rotating frequently until chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature.
