Instructions

  2. Thoroughly massage the spice blend into every surface of your pork belly, ensuring complete and even coverage.
  3. Place the seasoned pork belly on a wire rack inside a rimmed baking sheet, skin-side up. Refrigerate uncovered for 2 hours to help dry out the skin.
  4. Preheat your oven to 425°F. Remove pork belly from refrigerator and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  5. Roast the pork belly at 425°F for 30 minutes, then reduce temperature to 325°F and continue cooking for 45-60 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
