Instructions
- Mix 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 3 minced garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 tablespoon honey, and 1 teaspoon black pepper in a medium bowl until the ingredients fully integrate and create a smooth marinade.
- Transfer 1 pound chicken thighs into a large resealable plastic bag, then pour the entire marinade over the meat, ensuring each piece gets completely coated.
- Seal the bag tightly and refrigerate for 30 minutes to maximize flavor absorption, turning the bag once halfway through marinating time.
- Preheat outdoor grill to 400°F, cleaning and oiling the grates to prevent sticking.
- Remove chicken from marinade, letting excess liquid drip off, and discard remaining liquid.
