- 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dip mix
Instructions
- Grab your mixing bowl and sprinkle the entire Hidden Valley Ranch Dip mix packet over 2 cups of shredded chicken. Thoroughly combine until your chicken is evenly coated.
- Add 16 ounces of cream cheese, ½ cup sour cream, ½ cup ranch dressing, 1 cup hot sauce, and ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese to the chicken mixture. Stir until all ingredients are completely blended.
- Select a 1 ½ quart casserole dish and transfer the entire mixture into it. Spread the dip evenly across the dish’s surface.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and position the rack in the center. Place the casserole dish inside and bake for 40 minutes.
- After 40 minutes, check the dip’s consistency. If you’re using a larger or shallower dish, start checking at 30 minutes. The dip should be bubbling and slightly golden around the edges.
- Remove from the oven and let the dip rest for 5 minutes before serving. This helps the temperature settle and makes it easier to scoop.
