Instructions

  1. Place 1 lb boneless chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Sprinkle precisely 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon cumin, ¾ teaspoon oregano, ½ teaspoon chili powder, and ¼ teaspoon cayenne over the chicken.
  2. Add 1 diced yellow onion, 2 minced garlic cloves, 2 cans of drained great Northern beans, 2 cans of diced green chiles, 1 can of drained corn, and 24 oz chicken broth to the slow cooker.
